where did it all go?

I needed to reinstall all my apps/subscriptions on my iPad and paid a considerable sum to get the subscription plus 3 additional issues and they are no where to be found. Whats up and how do I get what I paid for? A no star rating would be a better rating. The saddest thing is that I really like the magazine.
